  • How can I return/replace an item?
  • Click on "Return/Replace Request" below and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item.
    Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact. You can return/replace an item within 7 days of delivery.

  • When can I expect refund for my returned item?
  • Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check within 2 days and initiate refund.
    - For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account. Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.
    - For cash on delivery orders, it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2 hours. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

  • This program allows you to advertise for Nukkad Deals and refer users to come and shop at our website/app. If a customer purchases an item via the link you shared, you will receive a referral coupon.

  • How can I avail installation service for my item?
  • You have to opt for the installation service while placing your order. You will see a check box section next to the item price. Depending on your purchase, either Nukkad Deals or your item's brand will install your item. In case you face any trouble getting your item installed, please write to us in 'CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE'.


  • What do you mean by pre-ordering an item?
  • We are now making items available even before their launch date! Pre-order your item and we will ship it to you as soon as it is launched. Now you don't need to wait in line or run the risk of stocks running out!
  • What are digital products?
  • These are goods and services that are delivered digitally. They include E-Gift Cards, digital movies and music, software, E-Books, online education and extended warranty, among others.
  • I am unable for Place my order?
  • We're sorry you are facing an issue while placing an order. This may be due to various reasons:
    If cash-on-delivery (COD) option is not available at your Pincode, please select a pre-paid payment option. Alternatively, you can choose the COD option at another Pincode convenient for you.
    A technical glitch may sometimes prevent you from making your payment. Delete the cookies in your browser and try placing the order again after some time. If the issue still persists, please contact our Customer Care and we will resolve your issue at the earliest.
    If your payment failed, don't worry. Any amount debited from your card/account, will be refunded to you automatically within 48 hours. You don't need to wait for the refund to place your order again.
  • What are the delivery charges?
  • Delivery charge varies time to time as per our shipping partners updation. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off or provides free delivery on orders valued at ₹599.00 or more.
  • How do I place a Cash on Delivery (CoD) order?
  • Currently Cod is available for some pincodes as per our shipping partners services. All items that have the "Cash on Delivery Available" icon are valid for order by Cash on Delivery.Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Cash on Delivery". Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
